Find the usable audience already sitting in your systems.

Filter dormant first-party records for reachability and ICP fit before modeling responses, meetings, opportunities, and scenario pipeline.

How the calculation works.

The calculator narrows the database in sequence: inactive records, reachable records, ICP-fit records, responses, meetings, and opportunities. Every later stage uses the remainder from the previous stage.

How to use the result.

Start with a controlled activation segment. Validate identity, consent, ownership, recency, and channel rules before sending anything or writing enriched data back to a system.

Formula behind the result.

Dormant records
First-party records × inactive rate
Activation-ready records
Dormant × reachable rate × ICP-fit rate
Opportunities
Ready records × response × meeting × opportunity rates
Scenario pipeline
Expected opportunities × average deal value

Worked example.

From 50,000 first-party records, a 60% inactive rate, 70% reachable rate, and 30% ICP-fit rate produce 6,300 records worth validating for a controlled activation.

Questions worth asking.

What is first-party data activation?

It is the controlled use of data a company already owns, such as CRM, product, customer, event, or marketing records, to create an eligible audience or workflow.

What does reachable mean?

Reachable means the record has a current, valid, and permitted channel identifier after the team's validation and governance rules are applied.

Does scenario pipeline equal forecast revenue?

No. It is opportunity value under the rates entered. It excludes sales-cycle timing, close probability, displacement, and opportunity-level evidence.

Should every dormant record be activated?

No. Records should pass identity, consent, ownership, fit, recency, and channel eligibility checks before activation.
